These are the reasons that are faced by passengers during
travel but there are allot of other problems that are face by Daewoo customers
due to which they not feel good and secure while travelling through Daewoo.
They are not
working on their timing of buses. Usually buses are not on time and people have
to wait for bus to be on terminal. One cannot relax in bus because there is
some sort of un-usual noise in the bus.
This is all happening because they do not working on
providing service anymore. Not working on maintenance of buses. Although they
lower the fare but service also going down in service. They put condition on
meal that if you want to buy it or not with paying less or more. There are
other un-seen issues are there which is faced by passengers on daily travel.
Customer
satisfaction is important in services business because when customer is not
getting required level of satisfaction then he’ll go for other service provider
with same attributes. It’s the duty of service provider is to satisfy the
customer with the best service they can.
