10. Conclusion:

 

Daewoo is one of the biggest foreign investment in Pakistan and from last 20 years growing day by day but there are few factors in their services which they not overcome. Daewoo still have loyal customers who want to travel through Daewoo only but those loyal customers also complain about the issues. Customers are complaining about their service and many of the customers shifted to other competitors of Daewoo.

Although Daewoo have added many new fleets in their services but they haven’t focus on the issues and reasons behind the issues. They also have up to date workshops to do all the necessary works but they are not focusing to resolve of issues.

Being a service leader and modern marketing innovations Daewoo have to overcome all the issues and have to make their service better.
